A thunderous explosion at a Bucks County nursing home collapsed part of the building, sent flames shooting out and left at least two people dead.

There’s still a lot of unanswered questions,” Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said during a new conference Tuesday evening.

Muthoni Nduthu, 52, a mother of three and a certified nursing assistant, was found dead inside Silver Lake Nursing Home, also know as Bristol Health & Rehab Center on Dec. 23. Winik could not say where she was found or what she was doing before the blast.
